Assalammualaikum
Dear Earthlings,
Before we move to the topic above....just to tell you that I am now already 40days of my confinement period..means, 4 more days to finish it. Horrayyy!!!..( I have listed is what to eat and where to eat)..haha..makan jer yg aku ingat.
I have another few more kilos to be reduced to get my pre-pregnancy weight. Huhuhu..susah nyer nak hilangkan adipose tissue neh. So, what I was done in the house during my maternity leave?
1) Dok belek baby
2) Express my milk
3) Eat
4) Sleep ( i have a chance, well..sometimes yes and sometimes no)
5) Played with other 2 kids - Hannah and Umair.
6) Online shopping - Yang nih Paling Best!..hahaha..( Ok la kan, dah kata pantang dok umah diam2, tapi bosan kan?..best ape shopping online).. so far, i have bought few shawls from TudungPeople ( find it in FB..the length is long enough to belit2 and cover your aurat perfectly!..tutup dada, the material is so cool so that easy to wear, not too thick as well) Jap...nanti I post pictures.. I also bought.... storage bottle milk for my EBM, cooler bag for my colleagues ( hadiah after die bersalin nanti), a toy for my niece's birthday from littlewhiz.com..hurmm..birthday dah lepas tapi masih belum bagi2 lagi.Next, Jubah from muslimdesign. I love it to the core. Seriously! tak nyesal beli walau harga mahal. Those jubah was imported from UK if i not mistaken. Why I love it so much? simply because it looks confident, trendy, elegance and modest fIare. I have a new resolution actually. I don't want to wear pants / jeans / sewaktu denganye anymore..i want to be a better muslimah. That's why..I bought few jubah to be replaced in my wardrobe. (Alasan utnk bershopping..ngahaha)
Ok, these jubah yang i beli was not meant for nursing mommy. So, I need to alter it a bit. Letak zip or butang kat depan as advised by my sis num II. Thank you acik..you give me an idea... wanna see them?..nah!. tengok ler..
There's only one jubah , out of four which I can transform it into nursing wear. I need to find a tailor to alter my jubah. I have met 2 tailors already. Tailor number one :
- Akak tak berani nak buat separuh la dik, takut tak cantik..so, akak kena gunting smpi ke kaki..
Initially, I agreed walaupun rase tak ader logika. Sayang beb! baju beli mahal tapi last2, nasib nya begitu. Then, I left all my jubah with her. Later, I texted my sister num II and according to her..it still can be done without gunting smpi ke kaki because her tailor managed to do it with hers. My sister even emailed me her jubah after alteration and for me, though it not 100% perfect but i can accept it because, I am wearing a hijab. Sape kisah pun kan?.. I don't mind at all. Paling penting is I met my KPI. Hehehe
Then, I called tailor #1 and told her that I want to cancel it and will took all those jubah because I want to find another tailor.
The next few days, I met another tailor...obviously, they just started run the business since their shop is still in renovating progress. I gave saalam and it replied by indonesian lady. I said i want to alter my jubah and then, I met her tailor. Hurm....hurm...hurm... 1st expression I dah failed. Why?..the tailor is a Bangla Man or sewaktu dengannya. I am not insulting him ..but, c'mon...ladies..his 1st expression pun dah buat muka Toya. Like...tader perasaan. When I said that I wanna pun zip or butang..tros cakap dgn suara mcm dengar tak dengar...kitta tarraaa buat innnii... ( sila baca dgn slanga yg betul)..takkan tak boleh buat langsung? ( soklan cabaran utk si mamat tailor)... taakkk bleeeyyy...taakk bleey..... Hah?? takperla! tros blah dgn bengang..hahaha!..emo tak tentu pasal.
Balik rumah, I posted at KIM's wall FB (Kump ibu menyusu)...ada sapa2 tau, kat mana tailor boleh alter jubah transform to nursing wear?... few minutes ada org reply and I thanked her so much. There's one blog name, blingboutique. Basically, they accept normal baju kurung or jubah to be altered to become a nursing wear. I dialed the owner number and unfortunately, they did not accepting any of alteration due to busyness and wanna focus for Eid's booking. Frustrated I am.
So, the last chance that i have is to sent all my jubahs to kak Wan. She is a tailor in PJS. My sis in law had introduced her to me when I want to make my jubah shorter. She basically is a tailor in making jeans. One thing I like about her...she is an energetic lady, friendly and always want the best for her customer. I love her answer and response when I called her before I went to her shop. Then, when I personally met her...she simply said that...OK!...akak cuba yer, dlm 3 hari called akak, (sambil tangan ligat menanda kat mana nak letak zip or butang) ... That's it!..
I hope, when I get my jubah back, I can put my smile on my lips. InshaALLAH.
