Our Life
We're safely reached our home at BK today @ 4pm. After 11 days away for Raya Leave, I bet...tomorrow will be my most Wednesday blues..Ohhh my....no more tidor after subuh, no more nap during afternoon...haihhh...hmmm...huuuuu..
Will update of Eid story soon. Mata dah sgt mengantuks plus rasa still dlm keta. What a tiring journey. Luckily, no bad traffic at all!. Cuma kesian kat hannah..She was vomited 2 times in the car. We think that she had mabuk darat since the road like berbukit bukau and berbelit2 for her...

Families,
Our Life
Venue : Our Place, Bandar Kinrara
Date : September,12,2009
The Iftar at our home was really great. I cooked Nasi Hujan Panas, Ayam masak madu, Jelatah Kelantanese style, kari udang and puding roti as well. Initially, I just invited my SIL and her husband. But, somehow, my husband asked me to invite his cousins as well since they have not come to our new house yet. So, it was 10 person including us.
Hannah was very shy at 1st. She looks unfriendly to her 2 pupu. Very contrast with them. Hyperactive and very friendly. Till, we left her with them at hall while us makan2 at the kitchen. We knew that she's fine and really enjoyed playing around (not really) when she suddenly laughing very loud. Time tuh..sumer guests terkezut..hahahaha..Owh, btw...30min later, she loved to play by herself and being an observer rather than join them and having fun together. She will laugh when her 2 pupu running around and chasing each other. When one of them yelled or cried heart-out..she will smile and enjoyed watching the scene. Hmmm...funny but that was her...we think that our baby need more exposure with more kid/toddler so that she know how to join them and play together.
These relatives are my husband's cousins. One of them are used to be his closed cousin. Now, anak dah nak masuk 2. After we having a chit-chat and second round makan2...they finally left our place around 9pm. Thank you for your time and definitely, will be another makan2 after this. See ya' at Kelantan next week!.

Families,
Our Life
Mak and my youngest bro
Hubby
1st day food
2nd day food
Onde-onde special
We went back at my hometown on last Saturday. Hannah was very happy to see her grandparents, Pak Su and her Mak Lang. Dah boley pointed if she was asked..which one is Mak Lang, Pak Su..however, she still confused between Opah and Atuk. Dunno why...both of my parents are macam langit dgn bumi. My dad is big and tall while my mom is thinner and shorter than him.
Whatever it is, I do really enjoyed my 2 days vacation at my kampung. Especially when it come to break fast . Normally, when we're adik beradik bukak pose time kanak2...memang happening. We will make a circle in front of the food though there was another 15 minute to go to break fast time. But, that was back 20 yrs ago!. Now, break fast with my own daughter and granddaughter for my parents. How time flies!.
For me, my mom's cook is the best one in the world. ( I bet everyone will say this bout their mom's cook). Onde2 keledek yg sgt lembut and once you bite,then...you can feel the
nisse out from that. Only 3 of us are able to have a break fast together while my eldest brother got OT at his campus and my younger sister just went back a week before. Well, I guess..we will gather again 1/2 day before Syawal. Poor hubby, we just don't have a time to fasting at his place. Unless, you can get us an AIR ASIA or MAS.. and..off we go!... :-)

Cooking & Baking,
My Joy
Mince 400 gm of chicken meat using food processor. Put 1tsp of salt, 1 tbs of margarine and 1tsp of pepper.
For coating, you need a breadcrumb. Too lazy to get it at GIANT. Brought this at my hometown. Very cheap as well... (I don't like this biscuit at all but my late grand mother used to eat this as her breakfast.Normally, this is how they eat... dip it into hot coffee for about 2/3 second...then, go straight to the mouth).
A very fine breadcrumb.
Next, make any shape that you like. Fully dip it into egg mixture and coat it with the breadcrumb. (as illustrated).
Last but not least, fry the nuggets until it looks golden and you can have it with mayonnaise / chili sauce. ( Quote from my husband)
ps : The taste?...definitely not as similar as Ayamas/Ramly/etc, but trust me, it was something worth to try. More nutritious, easy to do, cheaper from the market and even more your husband and kid like it very much!. Bravo!!!
